A Versatile Litigator Committed to Advocacy

Andrew Flores, Esq.

Behind Every Case Is A Person. I Fight For Both!

Andrew Flores is a versatile litigator who primarily practices criminal defense and both prosecution and defense of restraining orders. He also litigates civil business matters, including contract disputes and other related civil issues. His passion for advocacy began during his time on the collegiate debate team at California State University, Chico, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an Emphasis in Legal Studies.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Flores attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2010. While in law school, he received American Jurisprudence Awards in Trial Practice and Contracts for achieving the highest grades in those courses. He also joined the Mock Trial team, which further deepened his passion for trial advocacy. After graduation, he passed the California Bar Exam and gained admission to practice in December 2010.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Flores has represented clients in both federal and state criminal cases, handling charges ranging from attempted murder to DUI. He readily takes cases to trial when necessary and prides himself on providing clients with open, honest representation. He remains committed to guiding clients through what are often some of the most difficult periods in their lives.

Mr. Flores brings particular experience to restraining order cases—whether defending or prosecuting—handling matters involving Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, Gun Violence Restraining Orders, Elder Abuse Restraining Orders, Civil Harassment Restraining Orders, and Workplace Violence Restraining Orders.

Mr. Flores stays committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients—whether that means a not guilty verdict, a permanent restraining order, or a resolution that helps them move forward. He believes that truly understanding each client is key to reaching the right result, and ensures they are fully informed throughout the process.

When not advocating for his clients, Mr. Flores spends his time with his wife and two boys attending Padres games, Camping, and traveling.
